Our belief

Skills are defined. They aren't measured.

Every organisation has a competency framework. Very few can show, with evidence, how their people actually perform against it. That gap, between what we say we value and what we can prove, is where development stalls and potential goes unseen.

Astrix was built to close it. By running realistic AI roleplay simulations scored against each customer's own standard, we turn subjective judgement into comparable performance data, the evidence layer under training, development and coaching.
